Our journey began with a vision shared by two childhood friends, Fady and Ian. One, deeply connected to his Egyptian roots, established a thriving operation in Alexandria, uncovering a wealth of skilled professionals. His partner, Ian, witnessing the scaling struggles of US-based businesses amidst economic pressures and ever-increasing marketing demands, saw an opportunity to bridge this gap.

Joining their vision was Jack, an agency founder himself, who brought invaluable experience in nearshore hiring and a deep understanding of the budgetary constraints and growing needs of expanding small businesses.

Together, we are working to forge connections between the United States and Egypt, driven by the conviction that Egyptian talent rivals that of the US.
